Kaleb Fisher of Churdan won his division at the Iowa State Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD) competition held Sept. 10 in Cedar Rapids.
He competed in the 50-meter recurve Cub division and earned first place honors with a combined score of 504 out of a possible 720 points. Fisher started archery at the local level with Don Orris and the Jefferson park and recreation department.
